Can I return an item?
All items purchased from Available Now may be returned for a full refund, within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No refund will be granted without a Return Authorization Number. Items that are made to a size that you have specified may be exchanged for another size or returned for credit.
Can I exchange an item?
You may exchange your item within 14 days of receipt for another item of equal or greater value. Please contact us and you will receive a Return Authorization Number. No exchange will be granted without a Return Authorization Number.
Can I return an item I received as a gift?
A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please contact us. We will need the full name of the purchaser to verify the purchase. Please have that information available when you contact us. Unfortunately we will not be able to give a refund or credit if the cost of the exchange item is less than the original item or if the original purchaser cannot be verified.
Custom jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange. However, if there is an issue with the jewelry we have created for you we will do our best to make sure you are pleased with your purchase.
Items that have been personalized, such as engraving of names or dates, or rings that have been sized, are not elegible for return or exchange.
1. Contact us by phone or email and we will be give you a Return Authorization Code. Clearly mark your package and receipts with this code.
2. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $300 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not describe the contents on the outside of the box or use the word "jewelry" anywhere on your package s.
3. You are responsible for shipping costs or any associated fees. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Alix and Company.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. Contact Alix and Company to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase. If you have any questions about our shipping procedure, please contact us.
When We Receive Your Package
Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund or new item will be processed shortly. The returned item is reviewed and any Item(s) that show signs of wear, or that have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
